Making A Delicious Milk Rice For this New Year

Ingredients

  1. Raw Rice – 500 G
  2. Thick Coconut Milk –  2 ½ Cups
  3. Water – 2L
  4. Salt – 3 Tea Spoons

Method

  • First wash the raw rice & sieve it well.
  • Then add 2L of water with salt.
  • Allow to cook.
  • When the level of water & rice get same add 2 ½ cups of thick coconut milk & stir the mixture well.
  • Let it to simmer on a low flame.
  • Check whether the grains are well boiled & the thickness of the mass.
  • Then served it for a flat dish.
  • Then flatten it with very smoothly by using a small piece of a banana leaf of back of a spoon.
  • Cut it in to a square or diamond shape pieces.
